
"We learned learned about which animal has the biggest heart! It was fun comparing different animals heart sizes to our own, and finding things around the classroom that were similar to those sizes. Did you know that an elephant heart is the size of a child huddled in the shape of a ball. Also, a blue whale's heart is large enough for a child to crawl inside of!
We also made heart beat monitors out of mini marshmallows, a toothpick and a heart sticker!

Happy 101st day of school! Yesterday Mr. Schneider's class celebrated the 100th day in style! They created posters with 100 items, colored 1-100 on gumball machines, drew pictures of what they'd buy with $100, made 100th day crowns and glasses, and even got a visit from a special friend!

MEETING BUMBLE!
Bridges Elementary has a wonderful resource to help support the emotional needs of our students & staff in the future. We would like to introduce Bumble, a certified therapy dog-in-training, for our district. His gentle and loving demeanor, along with his extensive training by a certified trainer, he will be a wonderful resource for our Bridges School community. Bumble will assist students in building relationships, regulating emotions, and being ready to learn.
