We love being out in our community! Our first graders walked over to the Pines Nursing Home and decorated their sidewalks and parking lot with beautiful art and Spring cheer!

Mr. Schneider's Kindergarten class took a trip to Washington D.C.! They visited the White House, the Supreme Court Building, Arlington National Cemetery, saw some of the presidential memorials, even visited the Smithsonian. They took pictures, had special bages, and wrote about their favorite spots!

Camp Fish! Our second graders had a blast having a camping trip in the classroom. What a great close to their Immigration knowledge unit.

Bridges math time! They had three stations, adding and subtracting multiples of ten, estimating and measuring in centimeters, and an activity focusing on measuring and comparing in centimeters. These scholars are FABULOUS!

Check out our Geometry Glow Party! At the end of our unit, we had a Glow Party. We used glow sticks to make the different shapes we learned about, as well as wore neon clothing, and had a dance party!

Many of our classes started plants in the classroom! We'll have flowers, beanstalks, and so much more! We're excited to see how fast they grow!
